How the
partnership
works.

Every engagement runs the same way: a 20-minute call, then a shared queue you can add to at any time. We work through it one item at a time in your priority order, at $3,900 a month per queue, with a first delivery usually inside 3 working days. There are no statements of work and no change orders.

01 / The principle

We don’t just build software. We partner to create it.

Most teams don’t need a vendor. They need a technical partner who helps design, build and evolve a system that actually supports the business.

Build together. Own outcomes.

02 / The process

Six steps. The last one is the one that matters.

Numbered because it genuinely is a sequence: your queue cannot open before the first call, and nothing gets reviewed before it is built. Most engagements are past step three within a week.

  1. 01

    The first call

Twenty minutes. You describe what you are trying to build and what is currently in the way. We tell you plainly whether we are the right partner for it, including when we are not. No pitch deck, no discovery phase, no invoice for the conversation.

  2. 02

    Choose your plan

One plan, $3,900 a month per queue, month to month. The only decision is how many queues you need. If you would rather try it first, start with the $1,200 pilot.

  3. 03

    Your queue opens

Once the plan is paid for, you get an Orbit account and your queue opens there. Add whatever you need, however you like: a paragraph, a screenshot, a voice note. There is no request template and no ticket format to learn. Turning a business problem into a technical one is our job, not yours.

  4. 04

    We build

We work the queue in whatever order you set, and you can reorder it any time priorities move. First delivery is usually within 3 working days. You see progress in a live environment, not in a status report.

  5. 05

    You review, we revise

Send it back as many times as it takes. Revisions are not a separate request, do not go to the back of the queue and are never billed. A thing is done when you say it is done.

  6. 06

    We stay in it

Launch is not the end of the engagement. For as long as you have a subscription we keep shipping and keep the context about your product in our heads, instead of handing you a repository and disappearing. That is the part that makes it a partnership.

03 / What we build

From SaaS products to internal tools and websites.

One technology partner for whatever the business needs built. Design, backend and deployment come with the work rather than as separate line items. If a request falls outside what we do, we say so before starting, never after.

SaaS products

Software you sell. Multi-tenant, billing, permissions: the parts that are tedious to get right and expensive to get wrong.

Internal tools

The operating system for your business: ERP, CRM, admin and operations. The tool your team lives in all day that no off-the-shelf product quite fits.

Websites

The site that explains what you have built, built by the same people who built it. Fast, indexable, and changed from the same queue instead of through a second vendor.

04 / Two shapes

Two ways this tends to run.

These describe how the relationship is shaped. Building something specific runs on the published queue price and the term you choose. An embedded partnership is agreed with you, because what it covers moves with the product.

Build to partner

You have something specific to get built. We build it, launch it, and stay on to improve and evolve it as you learn what it needs. Most partnerships start here, on the published queue price.

Embedded product partner

You are building core software or a SaaS product and want engineering that stays with it as it grows. We work inside your product team on a shared roadmap, holding the context as it accumulates. This one is shaped and priced with you, as an Enterprise conversation.

05 / Questions

Questions about the process.

Questions about price, ownership and what is not included are answered on the main FAQ.

How quickly can we start?

Usually the same week as the first call. There is no onboarding project, no discovery phase and no statement of work to negotiate. Your queue opens once you have chosen a plan and paid for it, and the first delivery is typically within 3 working days.

How do I submit a request?

Everything goes through Orbit, our project management tool at orbit.thecreativecollective.io. You get an Orbit account when your plan starts and you add tasks there, however is fastest for you: a paragraph, a screenshot with arrows on it, a voice note, a Loom. There is no template and no required format. If a request is ambiguous we ask rather than guess.

Do you use AI to build?

Yes, the same tooling any professional engineering team uses in 2026, and we would be worried about one that did not. It makes the work faster. What stays with us is who chose the architecture, who reviewed it for security, who decided what not to build, and who is accountable at two in the morning when it breaks in production. That last one is most of what the subscription buys.

What happens if I do not like what you build?

Revisions are unlimited, are not treated as new requests, do not go to the back of the queue and are never billed separately. Work is finished when you say it is finished.

What happens after launch?

We are still here for you. That is the difference between a partner and a supplier. And if you are happy with the launch and do not need more building for a while, you are very welcome to move to managed infrastructure and critical support, or simply take the software and put it to work. Whatever suits you. Just tell us what you need.

Twenty minutes, and you will know if this fits.

No pitch deck and no discovery phase. Tell us what you are trying to ship, and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right partner for it, including when we are not.
