Builders first.
Titles second.

The Creative Collective is 3 people — Alex Lagios, Tomasz Wieczorek, Walter Minhoto — working across strategy, engineering and delivery. The people building your project are the ones you meet on the first call. There are no account managers, no offshore layer and no junior hand-off.

01 / Origin

We started this because we were tired of the same consultancy playbook.

The endless decks. The jargon. The distance between the people who sold the work and the people who did it. Somewhere along the way the industry decided that looking expensive was the same as being good.

So we built the opposite. One price on the page. The people building your project are the ones you meet on the first call. No account managers, no change orders, no discovery phase you pay for before anything gets built.

The point of it To make building easier — and more human.

02 / How we think

Four things we actually believe, rather than four values on a wall.

Each of these costs us something — work we turn down, options we talk clients out of, revenue we do not chase. That is the only reason they are worth printing.

Execution over ideas

Everyone has the idea. The difference is whether it ships. We would rather show you something running in a live environment on Thursday than present you a roadmap for it in three weeks.

Strategy grounded in reality

No buzzwords, no maturity models, no framework with our name on it. What are you trying to do, what is in the way, and what is the shortest honest path through it.

Technology that serves the mission

Tools that make things simpler, not shinier. We pick the boring option when the boring option is right, and we tell you when the exciting one is going to cost you later.

Partnerships that mean something

We show up and we stay in it. Launch is not the end of the engagement, and we hold the context about your product instead of handing it back and disappearing.

03 / The people

Three of us. You will work with all three.

34 years shipping production software between us, across iGaming, internal tools and SaaS. Small enough that nobody hides, which is the point.

Alex Lagios

Strategy & partnerships

Assembles the thing that does not exist yet, then makes sure it actually gets built.

v1.0
Put the team together to build what was missing.
v1.2
Turned ideas into projects, and projects into momentum.
v2.0
Has no patience for talk that is not followed by work.

[TODO: years shipping, the industries, one named system a reader could look up.]

Tomasz Wieczorek

Engineering

Clean commits, dark mode, and a low tolerance for meetings that could have been a pull request.

v1.0
Joined as the one who actually knew how.
v1.2
Built the first projects end to end.
v2.0
Build it. Test it. Ship it.

[TODO: years shipping, the industries, one named system a reader could look up.]

Walter Minhoto

Delivery

Maps the timeline that turns out to be right, and stays optimistic about it anyway.

v1.0
Online, working the complicated end of the problem.
v1.2
Made the estimates match reality.
v2.0
Still the most optimistic person in the room.

[TODO: years shipping, the industries, one named system a reader could look up.]

We come from strategy, engineering, design and operations, and none of us particularly care whose job a thing is. No silos, no egos, just people who like the build.

04 / Straight answer

What we cannot show you yet.

There is no client logo strip on this site and no testimonials, because we have not earned them yet and a fabricated one would undo everything else on this page. What we can show you is who we are, what we have each shipped before, a price you can check against anyone else, and a month-to-month agreement that means you are never more than a few weeks from the exit if we get it wrong.

What we can show you is the work itself — every product, game and site this team has shipped, named.

We build with people who build.

Twenty minutes, and you will know if this fits.

No pitch deck and no discovery phase. Tell us what you are trying to ship, and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right partner for it at $2,800 a month — including when we are not.
